- Good to outstanding Bachelor (or Master) ideally MBA or Business School
- Minimum 4 years in B2B Sales or Marketing
- Work experiences in either: project management & consulting
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
- High selfmotivation and drive for personal and professional development
● Consulting of our Partners regarding Sales Strategy and their growth targets, structural setup of their Go-To-Market.
● Supporting of Founders / Sales Leaders on building and optimizing their Sales Units.
● Project management & account Responsibility within consulting projects.
● Participation and future leading of customer workshops.
● Learning and handling of Head of Sales / CSOs tasks and responsibilities.
● Creation of assets for our project partners, individually or based on templates.
● Further creation and optimization of internal assets.
● Cooperation with external partners to accomplish customer targets.
