Your Skillset

  • At least 1 year of professional experience as a Sales Development Representative
  • First professional experience in a start-up environment
  • High level of self-motivation and a willingness to develop personally and professionally
  • Advanced use of common SaaS tools, such as Google Suite, CRM systems (Pipedrive)
  • Very good knowledge English, both written and spoken

Your Role

● Strong communication in sales and consulting meetings with decision makers.
(Founder/Managing Director, CSOs, Head of or VP Sales) of potential new customers of
Sales Cloud (VC funded B2B start-ups in an early or growth phase).
● Qualification and (co-) support of new customer deals from initial contact through qualification to closing
● The opportunity to learn the Solution Selling Fundamentals - we do Consultative Selling, not 'Hard Selling'.
● Independent optimization and implementation of modern sales strategies as well as joint
development of creative acquisition concepts
● Acquisition via Multichannel outreach (Call, email / social selling)
● responsibility for own sales funnel and independent target achievement
● Preparation of regular reports as well as the independent management, control and
analysis of your sales targets
● Development and expansion of specialist and market knowledge in the start-up world
