English B2B Inside Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) - Athens
- Native level in English
- First years of experience in selling or Demand Generation – preferably software or corresponding IT products
- Experience working with Sales Outsourcing would be a PLUS
- Experience engaging and developing opportunities in new accounts
- Handle the end-to-end communication and sales processes with the potential prospects
- Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
- Develop end customer knowledge and capture customer contracts in the CRM system – allowing the sales team to understand the customer needs and adapt the next steps
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements
- Build customer confidence with remote sales capabilities, from procurement to senior management levels of IT, Finance and Strategy, in order to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement
