Business Operations Assistant (Business Analyst) - Athens

Your Skillset

First years of relevant experience, in analyzing business and working with data sheets within the Sales environment
You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (at least C1)
You have proven skills in creating and automating of management reporting
You have strong IT literacy (Power BI Dashboards and CRM systems, as well as Microsoft applications)
Good time management skills and the ability to work under deadlines

Your Role

Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal and external support, and driving collaboration
Execute reporting packages for agents, teams, and programs to provide analysis in areas of opportunity
Build, and launch reports and performance updates
Ensure process and procedures regarding the real time management are up to date
Conduct real time monitoring of queues and skill sets, regardless of the location, and identifying intra-day trends.
Maintain a special emphasis on looking for possible downtime and telephony issues
Responsible for the complete development of all reports
Create and update stakeholder reporting and competency data on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Perform Root cause Analysis (RCA) to identify the appropriate actions to reduce/eliminate the defects in case of variance in performance parameters and continue to find better ways of managing the operational metrics
Create Agent Productivity Reports using pre-defined metrics to compare individual and team performance
Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data collection techniquesConsolidate program reports and provide business analysis, while creating meaningful analysis which can be used as metrics and applied to improve performance
