Inbound Sales Representative (m/f/d) - US (remote)
- Native level in English; any other languages are welcome
- 2 years of experience in selling or Demand Generation – preferably software or corresponding IT products
- Experience with consultancy services would be an advantage, especially via chat
- Experience engaging and developing opportunities in new accounts
- Experience engaging in executive level conversations regarding business needs, financial and operations strategy
- Prospect and identify potential customers through Drift (our chat platform)
Conduct research to gather relevant information about target companies & their industry
Actively interact with people via Chat who are exploring our Website and qualify inbound leads by engaging them in meaningful conversations, understanding their business needs, and assessing their potential fit for our products or services.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects, providing valuable insights, information, and solutions to establish trust and credibility.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the appropriate sales representative.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively articulate the value proposition of our offerings.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
