Junior Implementation Manager (English) - Athens
An experienced professional to join the Implementation team!
Your Skillset
- Have excellent skills in English (C1 level at least, no strong accent) in written and in verbal communication
- Have prior 1-3 years in a Project Manager / Project Coordinator role within a global sales program
- Have entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of identifying business opportunities and capitalizing on them
- Have a high level of personal responsibility, decisiveness and the willingness to always go one step further
- Have the ability to conduct a microanalysis of operations and to identify/implement improvements
- Have deep understanding of go to markets, process, sales methodologies in an outsourced inside sales organization
- Are customer oriented, an analytical problem solver with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Any project management certifications i.e. PMP, Prince 2 would be a Plus!
Your Role
- Define and own the overall sales project implementation methodology across all delivery locations
- Lead successful implementations that meet both the customer requirements and the requirements of Salescode management
- Ensure both timelines and budget requirements are strictly adhered
- Coordinate across multiple teams (Sales, Training, HR, IT, Country Management)
- Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to clients, project sponsors and senior management.
- Drive Internal Project Kick-off with support teams to ensure awareness and clarity of project
- Drive weekly sessions with customers and Salescode resources during implementation
- Initial development of Sales Process and reporting for launch
- Ensure projects’ implementation within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Gather valuable feedback for improvements and leads specific teams to increase NPS
- Defines & recommends regular improvement plans to increase NPS and positive impact on CM2
