Your tasks

The Inside Partner Business Development is responsible for working closely with the in - country resellers. In this position, you will acquire and later onwards cultivate and grow an assigned base of reseller accounts. The IPBM must be able to drive reseller satisfaction, renewal, up-selling and cross-selling to grow revenue.

 

Software and Service companies share a common challenge – they often find it difficult to ensure license and contract renewal. Your role is to help bring into the market an automated Renewal Solution which results in higher renewal rates, improved revenues and margins while providing complete service visibility in real-time. In this role you will be responsible to find new reseller partners. You will then later also grow their existing business. These partners will then be working with global technology organizations, and explain potential new customers how to improve the way in which they issue, close and transact renewal opportunities.

 

The Inside Partner Business Development has an overall sales target and KPI goals.

  • You will acquire new Sales partners and manage the deal closing End to End
  • You will grow the Business by engaging, and activating sales partners
  • You will establish relationships within assigned reseller location(s) to build loyalty and increase sales
  • You will ensure sales activity and aggressively drive to meet sales goals
  • You will drive revenue and client preference. Motivate and help partners to win business with client’s solutions
  • You will activate Presales to help partner as needed
  • You will create and deliver a reseller retention plan for existing partners to increase reseller loyalty
  • You will create and deliver a reseller growth and activation plan to further increase market coverage
  • You will conduct well-structured, proactively planned outbound sales calls, aligned to business priorities and programs

Our requirements

You already have...

  • 2-3 years of experience in Channel Partner/Partner Sales
  • Working experience in IT Industry/Software and Services are preferred
  • Experience engaging with customers in the European market
  • Experience engaging and developing opportunities in new accounts 
  • Experience engaging in executive level conversations regarding business needs, financial and operations strategy
  • Native level in Spanish and C1 level in English
  • Any other languages welcome
  • A university/college degree or can demonstrate equivalent experience
  • A self-starter attitude, independent and able to work under pressure
  • An absolute willingness to compete and win while demonstrating an ability to create strong relationships in B2B situations
  • Experience in working with CRM tools
  • Have good interpersonal and team-working skills, allowing them to engage positively with all members of their team and provide leadership and support, where required
