Your Role

  • You report to the Executive Partner Team and are part of the Central Sales Management Team
  • Overseeing and providing leadership to the day-to-day operations of the Team
  • You are responsible for executing the sales methodology, sales metrics and overall process of management of new sales programs on a worldwide level
  • Full accountability of Profit & Loss for the assigned projects
  • Execute and work within the existing customer contractual framework of the specific assigned sales programs
  • You are the Single Point of contact for all internal operational questions across all sales programs
  • Accounting for operational excellence, process execution and exceptional quality and performance
  • You are owner and drive regular best practice initiatives across programs
  • You analyze and drive regular SWOTs initiatives in key programs
  • You compare and challenge sales programs go to markets to drive program results
  • You act as trusted advisor and deliver against challenging timelines and expectations both internally and externally
  • You conduct analysis and identify potentials to grow within programs from an operational standpoint
  • You enable sales with relevant tools and processes
  • You Interlock as main contact with customer on processes and operations
  • Defining & recommending the appropriate strategy to achieve growth and productivity
  • Achieving revenues and quota targets as well as revising & validating quotas
  • Linking customers strategy and Salescode's execution
  • Motivating the team through “leading by example”
  • Ensuring that necessary actions/initiatives are in place to meet contract KPIs and objectives

Your Skillset

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of identifying business opportunities and capitalizing on them
  • At least 5+ years in a Program Manager/ Director role within a global sales program within the BPO industry with P&L responsibility
  • At least C1 level in english
  • High level of personal responsibility, decisiveness and the willingness to always go one step further
  • Process and operations orientation: ability to conduct a microanalysis of operations and to identify and implement improvements
  • Successful track record in managing Inside sales programs for either direct or indirect business
  • Deep understanding of go to markets, process, sales methodologies in an outsourced inside sales organization
  • Being customer oriented, analytical problem solver with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
