German Inside Sales Representative - Athens

An ISR to join our new amazing project!

Your Skillset

  • Native level in German and advanced level in English (C1)
  • 2 years' experience as a B2B Sales Development Representative OR 1 year experience as an ISR, preferably on IT products
  • Experience engaging and developing opportunities in new accounts
  • Experience engaging in executive level conversations regarding business needs, financial and operations strategy
  • Experience engaging with customers in the German market

Your Role

  • In charge of both creating and acquiring new customers in a defined area.
  • Responsible for the identification of new opportunities and driving the entire sales cycle across small and medium businesses.
  • Actively create new business, by creating interest with new potential customers and early engagement with customers who have responded to marketing programs.
  • Build customer confidence with remote sales capabilities, from procurement to senior management levels of IT, Finance and Strategy, in order to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement
  • Develop end customer knowledge and capture customer contracts in the CRM system
  • Communicating with customers, making cold outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on opportunities till deal closure
  • Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
  • Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase services
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
  • Use strong story telling skills to help prospect see value in our products/services
  • Collaborate with the appropriate teams within Salescode/program and ensure they are engaged and assigned as needed to specific opportunities and external resources (Partner) are actively communicating pipeline disposition.
  • Ensure CRM tool is constantly up to date
    Leverage knowledge of opportunity progression to assist in accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting
