English Inside Sales Representative - Mexico

You will be supporting the Delivery department of Salescode and be part of our thriving Operations team!

Your Skillset

  • Native level in English
  • 2 years of experience as a B2B Sales Development representative (SDR) OR
  • 1 year of experience as an ISR – preferably software or corresponding IT products, services and solutions
  • Experience engaging with customers in the German market
  • Experience engaging and developing opportunities in new accounts
  • Experience with Cloud services is a PLUS
  • Experience engaging in executive level conversations regarding business needs, financial and operations strategy
  • A university/college degree can demonstrate equivalent experience

Your Role

  • You will actively renew business, by creating interest and re-assuring existing customers.

  • You have the goal to renew their existing services and potentially upsell

  • You build customer confidence with remote sales capabilities, from procurement to senior management levels of IT, Finance and Strategy, in order to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement

  • You will develop end customer knowledge and capture customer contracts in the CRM system – allowing the sales team to understand the customer needs and adapt the next steps

  • You will own the pipeline management & forecast for your own set of accounts
