Vice President Marketing

Lead the marketing department of one of our international clients!

Your Skillset

Highly advanced English skills (German will be considered a plus)
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in B2B tech sales or similar industry as well as strong communication and leadership abilities
Deep understanding of B2B tech marketing trends, strategies, and best practices
Proven experience in leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and traditional marketing
Exceptional skills in branding, demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition
Experience in managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success
Strong ability to analyse data and apply insights to optimize marketing efforts and excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC and social media marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Your Role

Develop and execute the company’s global marketing strategy, aligned with our client's growth objectives
Lead a team of marketing professionals to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
Manage and oversee the development of content marketing, social media strategy, and paid digital campaigns
Collaborate with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing
Lead efforts to enhance customer experience through targeted marketing efforts
Drive marketing initiatives aimed at positioning our client as a thought leader in their industry.
Manage and allocate the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies with high ROI
Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure we stay ahead in the industry
Report on key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and strategies
