Supporting the digitization & development of the international financial platform of one of our clients!

Your Skillset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & intermediate English
Having completed training in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in accounting, ideally with knowledge of DATEV
IT affinity and familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
High affinity for numbers, structured way of working and initiative
Ability to work in a team, commitment and clear, precise communication

Your Role

As part of our client's Finance team, you can expect exciting and varied tasks that will actively involve you in the further development of their finance processes:

Digitalization: Support in the optimization and automation of payment processes and in setting up their international finance platform
Accounting: Account assignment, checking and posting of incoming invoices as well as posting of current business transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, G/L accounts, bank and cash postings) with DATEV
Payment transactions & controlling: Execution of payment transactions, statistical reports, account reconciliation and clarification as well as collaboration in controlling
Communication: Customer and supplier correspondence and close cooperation with their tax office
Administrative support: Assistance with a wide range of commercial tasks
