Italian User Success Manager - 6 month contract - Remote (Greece)

Supporting existing clients of a customer

Your Skillset

  • Speak Italian on a native or near-native level and are proficient in English (C1 level at least)
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or similar
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple accounts and priorities
  • Analytical skills to monitor user activity, identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency with CRM systems or customer success tools (i.e. HubSpot, Slack etc)
  • Adaptability and eagerness to quickly learn new tools, processes and product updates

Your Role

  • Proactively reach out to a list of assigned customers to provide help & guidance in using the product, as well as answering any questions.
  • Help customers activate their account by setting up the most useful features, such as integrations or adding team members. Connect each customer’s business needs to our product offerings.
  • Tailor your approach according to the customer’s expertise, industry, and business context (e.g. newly registered businesses vs. mature businesses).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, product) and keep an updated record of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide structured feedback to internal stakeholders on customers most pressing needs and recurring issues
  • Enhance the account activation and retention rates by providing professional support
  • Improve customer satisfaction and NPS by maintaining a professional and helpful approach, and by following up on commitments made during your interactions.
