Your Skillset
- Native level in German and at least C1 level in English
- 2 years of experience as a B2B Sales Development representative (SDR)
- Or 1 year of experience as an ISR – preferably software or corresponding IT products, services and solutions
- Experience engaging with customers in the [country] market
- Experience engaging and developing opportunities in new accounts
- Experience with Cloud services is a PLUS
- Experience engaging in executive level conversations regarding business needs, financial and operations strategy
- A university/college degree can demonstrate equivalent experience
Your Role
Create and acquire new customers in a defined area
Support in renewals for existing customers
Identify new opportunities and drive the entire sales cycle for small and medium businesses
Generate new business through interest creation and early engagement with potential customers
Build customer confidence with remote sales capabilities across various levels (IT, Finance, Strategy)
Capture customer information and contracts in the CRM system
Communicate with customers through cold calls, follow-ups and deal closure
Present product information based on identified customer needs
Follow up with potential customers who showed interest but did not make a purchase
Perform regular follow-up calls/emails and facilitate communication to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs
Use storytelling skills to highlight the value of products/services
Keep the CRM tool updated
Use knowledge of opportunity progression for accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting
