Recruiting Specialist

Supporting the in-house recruitment of Salescode and be part of our thriving Human Resources team

Your Skillset

C1 English (C1 German is a plus)
Are a skilled user of Microsoft office tools, LinkedIn etc
Have previous recruitment experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment
Have sourcing and proactive sourcing experience
Are a highly organized person with an eye for detail
Have strong soft skills, empathy and commitment
Can perfectly balance working independently but also belong to a team and support your colleagues
Can handle deadlines and be a strong decision maker

Your Role

End to end recruitment from Job Posting to Job Offer, using various social media channels in order to ensure a healthy candidate pipeline
Work closely with Salescode’s Hiring Managers & Team Leaders in order to understand the needs of recruitment and support the decision making process
Book and participate in interviews in order to ensure a good candidate experience and demonstrate the culture of Salescode
Maintain the ATS system and make sure all recruitment processes are followed
Enhance recruitment’s sourcing strategies with creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking
Participate in Career Fairs in order to attract candidates and enhance brand name of Salescode
