English Business Development Representative - Barcelona based (remote) 6 month contract

Your Skillset

  • Speak English on a native or near-native level (covering UK&I markets)
  • Able to express yourself verbally and in written in the above mentioned languages with ease, as well as provide relevant feedback on a professional and respectful manner
  • Prior B2B sales, cold-calling and appointment booking experience with promoting software/hardware products
  • Sales-oriented mind-set, with an eye for detail
  • Self-starter attitude, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Drift, Salesforce, 6Sense, Linkedin, Zoominfo and Outreach are a plus

Your Role

  • Identify needs, cross-sell and up-sell to a provided set of Enterprise level current customers by reaching out to them, through cold-calling/emails in order to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement
  • Create emails to introduce yourself to the customer and then add value through each engagement to cultivate a successful relationship
  • Present product information to customers after identifying their needs
  • Understand the value of social media and be capable of using the right platform as a tool for business
  • Connect qualified leads to a salesperson/account executive and arrange meetings
  • Update and maintain CRM system (Salesforce/Hubspot) so you keep track of progress with each potential customer
  • Perform regular follow-up calls/emails and communicate with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new potential needs
  • Be able to uncover new opportunities for sales by analysing first party and third-party data
