Marketing Manager - Athens

Your Skillset
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager
- Excellent proficiency in English (C1 level at least)
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Team-building skills and lead by example, as well as be a strong decision maker
- Ability to stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies such as automation, AI and data analytics
- Ability to develop and execute long-term marketing strategies that align with business goals
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.)
- Experience with financial forecasting, performance tracking and budget adjustment
Your Role
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal and external support and driving collaboration
- Developing, implementing and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision
- Evaluating market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to adjust strategies
- Collaborating with executives to define marketing objectives, budget allocation and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Reviewing and refining long-term brand positioning and messaging strategies
- Plan and run digital marketing campaigns, analyze its results & iteratively improve them to hit target metrics with a focus on lead generation, lead nurturing and conversion
- Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Develop a communication plan in line with brand strategy
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels, both online and offline
- Overseeing the planning, execution and performance of marketing campaigns across digital, print and other channels
- Leading and managing the marketing team
- Providing mentorship, guidance and feedback to ensure team members meet performance goals and develop professionally
- Hire, brief and supervise external and internal multidisciplinary specialists
- Developing and managing the marketing budget, allocating resources across different campaigns and initiatives
- Ensuring efficient use of the budget while maximizing return on marketing investments (ROI)
- Tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments based on campaign performance or business needs
- Conducting regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities
- Using data from research to make informed decisions on targeting, product development and market positioning
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing campaigns align with sales goals and initiatives
- Regularly reporting progress and results to the C-suite
- Communicating marketing plans and updates to internal stakeholders and ensuring alignment with broader business initiatives
