Sales Enablement Specialist - Spain (remote)

Your Skillset

  • Near native English fluency, both verbal and written
  • Experience in training content creation (video recording/editing also)
  • Experience in creating and delivering processes
  • Design learning experiences according to performance
  • Reporting experience based on performance
  • Knowledge of LMS (preferably Docebo), Articulate Storyline, PPT, Word, Salesforce

Your Role

  • Help larger sales enablement teams stay organized and keep processes running smoothly
  • Manage the tactical day-to-day details of programs and monitoring performance of those initiatives on the film
  • Monitor and own the shared Enablement inbox, responding to requests and looping in relevant stakeholders where necessary
  • Advise the broader enablement team on the Sales Events calendar to ensure we are not overwhelming our target audiences
  • Support the broader Enablement team with content creation requests to ensure in alignment with our brand, and information is captured and delivered in a clean and coherent format
  • Support the Curriculum and Learning Manager on content development for key learning initiatives.
  • Analytics on content usage and communications engagement
  • Provide monthly updates on the performance and engagement activity with Enablement owned initiatives
  • Present back learnings to key stakeholders and propose areas for development
