Campaign Management Specialist - Athens
Your Skillset
- Have fluency in English (C1 level) in written and verbal
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management
- Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field/experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, ZoomInfo or similar.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM and PPC best practices as well as strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Your Role

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies that align with business goals.

Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, etc.).

Define target audience personas, campaign objectives, and KPIs to measure success.

Manage the creation of campaign assets such as landing pages, ads, email templates, and social media posts.

Set up, launch, and monitor campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and more.

Allocate and manage campaign budgets, optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.

Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and adjust spending as necessary based on performance.

Monitor campaign performance through key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and engagement rates.

Create detailed reports on campaign outcomes using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and others.

Continuously analyze data and insights to make data-driven decisions and improve future campaign performance.

Adjust targeting, creative elements, and ad copy to optimize campaign results.

Work with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.

Ensure campaigns comply with legal and platform-specific guidelines (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Obtain necessary approvals for campaign assets and partnerships.
