Graphic Design Specialist - Athens

Looking for a talented graphic designer to elevate our brand!

Your Skillset

Have fluency in English (C1 level) in written and in verbal
Have proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Adobe Premiere
Have a good understanding of typography, color theory as well as layout design
Understanding of the print production process, including bleed, trim, and color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB) as well as difference in digital asset creation
Ability to develop and maintain brand consistency across various design projects
Are a creative thinker and have the ability to develop original design concepts
Are able to articulate design choices and concepts clearly, can handle deadlines and be a strong decision maker
Have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or relevant experience

Your Role

Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, newsletters and social media graphics
Creating animations and editing videos
reating vector graphics like icons, illustrations
Brainstorming and sketching initial ideas for new projects based on client or team input
Design logos, brand identity materials, and packaging for print or digital use
Develop website layouts and digital assets, including banners and icons
Work with other team members such as marketers and developers
Coordinate with printers and other vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of final prints
Maintaining brand consistency across all designs by following established guidelines (fonts, colors, logos, etc.)
Use design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, After Effects)
Reviewing designs for errors in spelling, alignment, or design consistency before submitting for approval or publishing
Manage multiple projects and stay updated with design trends and industry standards
Organize and maintain a library of design assets and resources
