German Customer Migration Specialist - Athens

Proactively manage a portfolio of existing end-customers, monitoring account status and identifying candidates for system migration

Your Skillset

Speak German on a native or near-native level and are proficient in English (C1 level at least)
Strong customer success/service experience, particularly in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Excellent communication and consultative skills to engage customers and manage change effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools (like Salesforce/Hubspot/Lusha/ZoomInfo etc) as well as data enrichment techniques
Ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for upgrades or process improvements.

Your Role

Proactively manage a portfolio of existing end-customers, monitoring account status and identifying candidates for system migration.
Conduct outreach to eligible customers to schedule consultations and guide them through the upgrade process.
Enrich and maintain customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness in CRM and migration tracking tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, support, product) to coordinate smooth transitions from legacy systems to updated solutions.
Track progress of migration activities and provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.
