German Business Development Representative - Greece (Remote)
Your Skillset
- Native level in German and at least C1 level in English
- 2 years of experience in selling or Demand Generation – preferably software or corresponding IT products, services and solutions
- Experience engaging with B2B customers and with developing opportunities in new accounts
- Ability to engage in executive level conversations regarding business needs, financial and operations strategy
- Self-starter attitude, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- An absolute willingness to compete and win while demonstrating an ability to create strong relationships in B2B situations
- Previous experience working with Sales Outsourcing would be a PLUS
Your Role

Identify and reach out decision makers through cold-calling/emails in order to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement

Present product information to customers after identifying their needs

Connect qualified leads to a salesperson/account executive and arrange meetings

Update and maintain CRM system (Salesforce/Hubspot) so you keep track of progress with each potential customer

Perform regular follow-up calls/emails and communicate with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new potential needs

Leverage marketing campaigns and activities to build relationships and guide customers along their buying journey
- Assess sales readiness of customers based on various data points
