Your Skillset
- Speak English on a native or near-native level
- Have 2 years of experience as an B2B Inside Sales representative (ISR) OR
- 3 years of experience in Demand Generation – preferably software or corresponding IT products, services and solutions
- Have experience with Cloud solutions and data center management
- Are experienced in engaging and developing opportunities in new accounts
- Are experienced in engaging in executive level conversations regarding business needs, financial and operations strategy
- Are able to express yourself verbally and in written in the above mentioned languages with ease, as well as provide relevant feedback on a professional and respectful manner
- Are a highly organized person with an eye for detail, strong soft skills, empathy and commitment
Your Role

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

Connect with high-level stakeholders across industries and conduct product demos and presentations

Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities

Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking

Follow up regularly with clients to meet their needs and identify opportunities

Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners and vendors
-
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication and resolve issues

Negotiate agreements and update sales and data records in the CRM

Hunt for opportunities and close sales, profiling long, mid, and short-term opportunities

Use relationship management and storytelling skills to progress opportunities to closure

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring the CRM tool is up-to-date and assisting in accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting
