Sales Trainer - Athens
Your Skillset
- Native or near native level in English
- 4 years’ experience Sales Training or a Sales Leadership role inclusive of training responsibilities
- 2-3 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability measuring and driving improvement across training outcomes
- Deep experience of identifying needs, designing, creating and driving relevant and impactful training
Your Role

Enable & Onboard Sales Representatives: Deliver multiple onboarding training programs (remotely and face to face) for both new hires and internal moves changing projects, including the Sales Training and the project specific training curriculum for several sales roles (BDR, ISR, AE, etc.), depending on the project, and performing assessments to assess training readiness of learners.

Support Nesting and Ramp Up: Provide strategies for customer and tactical operations to ensure all Sales Representatives are ramping up as fast as possible during the first 3 months after joining a project.

Manage Training related administrative tasks: Ensure all training related admin tasks are completed on time and with accuracy, including updating Aid Logs, both internal and external, keeping Training decks and other materials updated and with current information, providing regular updates on class performance, learners feedback and assessment scores

Training Material and Training Curriculum Management: Regularly review and create the required training content (i.e. ICP and Persona decks). Proactively suggest and create relevant training materials to support correct sales representative performance and learning curve, including curriculum adjustments and activity additions to engage learners (with games, competitions, more attractive or simplified decks as needed, etc.)

Seek Best Practices: Find and apply current training methods and best practices

Template & Call Script creation: Understanding the product USP’s, Personas and ICP and create professional and targeted call scripts, email and LinkedIn templates

Training Implementation Management and BAU POC: Act as the main T&D POC for both the implementation phase for new projects with the customer and the BAU phase with delivery

Motivate Inside Sales Teams: Ensuring support and motivation is included in all training related activities and interactions

Translate Business Needs: Convert customer business needs into effective people skills and training content

Define On boarding Content: Collaborate on new hire on boarding for project implementation

T&D Contact: Act as the primary client liaison for training and development

Manage and Feedback: Oversee on boarding timelines and provide daily feedback

Update Content: Review and update on boarding materials regularly

On boarding and Training: Conduct on boarding and ongoing training for new hires, including sales and customer service roles

Define Training Plans: Develop training plans and assessment modules

Develop Results: Maintain resources, provide coaching and conduct training sessions to improve outcomes

Create Benchmark Curriculum: Develop a quarterly/annual training curriculum to set high standards for sales professionals

Prepare High Achievers: Create a framework to advance high achievers in their careers
