German Quality Assurance Analyst (m/f/d) - Athens

Supporting the Delivery department of Salescode and be part of our thriving Operations team

Your Skillset

Excellent German (C1-C2) and fluency in English (verbal and written)
Minimum 2-3 years of Sales Training/Coaching/Quality Analyst experience
2 years outbound Sales Experience Required (SaaS preferred)
CRM training experience (SFDC, MS Dynamics, Hubspot etc)
COPC process knowledge is a PLUS
High sales achievement by assigned sales programs
Execution & adoption of Training curriculums
Understanding on how to work with PowerBI and data analysis to describe sales reps performance and quality of work

Your Role

Prepare newly on-boarded sales representatives by conducting call monitoring & coaching on sales process, product knowledge, developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance
Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, providing coaching, conducting training sessions, developing outcome improvement resources
Formulate a consistent benchmark of high achieving sales professionals by creating a monthly coaching curriculum aligned to both internal and external needs and expectations
Identifying patterns of development across all teams and customers
Identify low performers and together with the Sales Trainer create development plan, follow through with tangible results
Conduct call monitoring for assigned sales agents, support with ongoing coaching
Help improve deficiencies and build on the strengths of individual performers
Identify quality do’s and don’ts, trends and suggest improvements on call guides and sales process
Provide Trainers support & feedback on content effectiveness and requirements to meet salesforces’ development needs
